FAQs

When will my order be shipped?

All products are on hand, and will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days of order placement. Expect delivery within 5-7 business days, depending on shipping method chosen at checkout.

How do I determine my perfect fit?

All new released items will be true to size. We aim to be size inclusive, providing a size range of XXS-XL. For any information on sizing, refer to the item description, or reach out to us for further information.

What if I need to make a return?

For all returns, contact [ info@blacquebrand.com ] with "Returns- (order ######)" in the subject and reason for return for customer assistance. Please state whether you'd like to return for a refund, or exchange for another size.

All returns require return back to Blacque prior to receiving refund or exchanged item. Exchanges will be conducted based on inventory count.

Deadlines for returns are 30 days after receipt of parcel. After the 30 day period, your item is non-refundable. All items must be returned with original tag attached and unworn to be refundable.
